Event Details

Carrot Events is pleased to announce the First Wyntercon Gala and fundraiser, this event will be taking place on Friday 16th March 2018 at the Cavendish Hotel Eastbourne, 

The Wyntercon Gala and Fundraiser will be a glamorous, festive social event which will include a 3-course meal, raffle and entertainment.

Anyone is welcome to purchase tickets to attend this event, we must clarify that this is purely an evening event as described above NOT a miniature version of our annual event

Dress Code:  whether that be your best ball gown/suit or an outfit from the sci-fi /fantasy multiverse, it doesn't matter as long as you dress to impress.

We have worked closely with this hotel to try and provide a good menu with great variety, if you have any special dietary requirements, please state them in the Comments box when booking your tickets.

When booking please confirm in the box above your Menu options for yourself or your table 

Starter A: Smoked Bacon and Chicken Salad bound in Tarragon Mayonnaise set on a bed of mixed leaves with Sweet Roasted Peppers.

Starter B: Fan of Seasonal Melon served with a berry compote

Main A: Baked Breast of Chicken wrapped in Smoky Streaky Bacon set on a Leek and Spring Onion Mash 
with baton vegetables served with a red wine sauce 

Main B: Char Grilled Vegetables set on a bed of Savoury Cous Cous drizzled with a spilt balsamic and garlic dressing with caramelised shallots.

Main C: Grilled Mediterranean Sole Fillet with New Potatoes & a Spring Onion Cream Sauce

Desert A: Baked Banana and Toffee Sponge Pudding served with Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce

Desert B: Peanut and Caramel Tart (Vegetarian, Gluten Free) covered in a Chocolate Ganache and served with a chantilly cream
