Event Details

"Eastbourne Snapshot 2020" is a multiple arts projects involving visual  art/craft/pottery, writing & spoken word.
It wants to create an overview of  Eastbourne and the people currently living here, particularly the Devonshire West part of town.
It is an ongoing collection of evidences constructed by  people with learning disabilities affiliated to Eastbourne Mencap.
A full on project made of short film & photographic evidence, audio excerpts, art works in different forms and material, collection of personal and collective statements / poems and interviews. 
The revenue generated by the ticket sales will be used by Eastbourne Mencap Charity to allow his service users with learning disabilities  to work on new artistic projects in 2021. One disability wheelchair can be allocated at the time in the art gallery and numbers of visitors can be capped to a minimum number to be confirmed later in the year due to Covid19 restrictions.

Refund Policy

The event organiser sets their own Refund Policy, please be aware of this prior to purchase.

The policy for this event is ’No refunds available’.

If the event is cancelled or postponed, a refund will be issued. Contact the event organiser to request a refund (click on the 'Email' tab above).

Please note that Online Ticket Seller’s booking/admin fee is non-refundable as specified in our Terms and Conditions, unless the event organiser chooses to cover this charge.

Error Purchase

If you have purchased a ticket for an incorrect event or have accidentally purchased multiple tickets and incurred duplicate charges, please report this to us directly within 24 hours of the transaction time and we will arrange a refund. Please note refund requests made due to an error by the customer are subject to our booking/admin fee. The fee is applied to cover the payment processing charges and the admin involved with each transaction.

This refund option is not available if the error purchase has been made for an event that is scheduled to start within the next 72 hours.

If the error purchase is not reported to us within 24 hours and a refund is requested at a later date, you will need to request the refund from the event organiser directly.
